Shipping costs are detailed to the customer during the purchase process and will be covered by the customer, unless a free shipping promotion is offered. For a return to be accepted, it must be requested within the first 30 calendar days after the purchase. Refunds will be made exclusively to the original card used in the purchase and will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of returns requested by the customer due to reasons such as size, colour or other personal preferences, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the reason for the return is an error on LochWild’s part or a product defect, the customer must provide photographic evidence of the product defect and a brief explanation so that it can be reviewed.
