Transactions on LochWild are conducted exclusively through our website www.lochwild.mx Using credit or debit cards via the payment transaction platform provided by Conekta. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of Conekta.

Shipping costs are detailed to the customer during the purchase process and will be covered by the customer, unless a free shipping promotion is offered. The purchased products will be sent through a parcel service external to LochWild and will have an estimated delivery time of between 2 and 5 business days. However, since we work with a third party for the logistics operation, it is important to keep in mind that circumstances beyond our control may arise that could cause delays in delivery.

LochWild offers a variety of products including sunglasses, thermos, dry bags, backpacks, t-shirts and outdoor accessories. All products are backed by a quality guarantee. In case of any manufacturing defect, the customer can contact our team through our official email address: hola@lochwild.mx to request a return or exchange of the product.

At LochWild, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. All data entered into our platform is strictly confidential and will not be stored without the customer’s permission.

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of making the purchase, as long as the product has not been shipped. To request a cancellation, the customer must contact our team through our official email address: hola@lochwild.mx.

Returns must be processed via an email sent to our official address: hola@lochwild.mx.

For a return to be accepted, it must be requested within the first 30 calendar days after the purchase. Refunds will be made exclusively to the original card used in the purchase and will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

In the case of returns requested by the customer due to reasons such as size, colour or other personal preferences, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the reason for the return is an error on LochWild’s part or a product defect, the customer must provide photographic evidence of the product defect and a brief explanation so that it can be reviewed. If approved, the shipping costs will be borne by LochWild.
